Their vineyards are planted primarily to Pinot Noir (68%), with 19% of Meunier and 13% of Chardonnay. The family farms their vineyards without herbicides, focused on a more sustainable approach.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe family presses its fruit at two different sites, one in Congy and one in the Aube. 60% of what they produce is sold to the négociant, keep the best grapes of the estate for themselves, and producing anywhere from 30,000 to 60,000 bottles per year.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis fantastic value is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier, and 20% Chardonnay. This non vintage blend includes 20% reserve wine, and is aged on its lees for 72 months before disgorgment.
