The wine is a blend of 75% Alvarinho and 25% Loureiro, two northern Portuguese varieties reimagined through a coastal southern lens. The grapes are hand-harvested, whole-cluster pressed, cold-settled, and fermented spontaneously with native yeasts in oak, then aged on lees — primarily in large Slovenian oak foudre and used French oak — before further resting in stainless steel.
